I purchased a DSO2D15 oscilloscope from Amazon UK 2 weeks ago. It came with a PP-150B probe. Unfortunately, this probe is starting to fail. It only works if the wire is in a certain position. If I touch the strain relief the signal is lost.
I also purchased a PP-200B probe separately and that works fine, so there is no problem with the oscilloscope or with the signal, it's just the PP-150B that is starting to have a problem. There must be a bad contact or broken wire inside, next to the strain relief.
Is there any chance I can get a replacement for it?

Check whether the hook on the handle end is loose, take off the hook and directly test whether there is a problem with the probe.
If it is determined that the probe is broken, contact the seller to replace it.
