About DSO7304B, this product has been discontinued, please give me a clear picture of the components in the shield on the motherboard.
And set the oscilloscope probe to ×1, and check whether CH1 or CH2 has an offset in all volt/div. If yes, please upload a picture to study.
About HDG2102B, please replace the button battery on the mainboard to try.
The battery can be CR2025 or CR2032.

For DSO7304B, can't channel 1 get any signal?
Set the oscilloscope probe to ×1, do not connect any test leads to CH1, and check whetherthere is the offset in all volt/div on CH1.
