I downloaded the software to my PC but I can’t seem to download the driver. It shows up in my downloads folder but I never get an install window. My computer doesn’t recognize the device when I connect the USB cable. I need help and I can’t find a person to talk to. When the device is connected, there is no 1Khz signal at the cal output.
