I bought a few months ago a
Hantek 6047BD.
Until now I dit not use it.
Today I have installed the device on my laptop windows 7, unfortunately it is not working.
I installed the device on an other laptop windows 10 and the same problem, not functional.
On both laptops windows 7 and 10,
I have the same problem.
The drivers are installed correctly.
( device manager: Hantek 6000B, works correctly, photo in additional)
When the device is connected than I am not able to open the software !
When I disconnect (USB) the device, than the software opens !
The software do not connect with the device ( Hantek 6047BD ).
I think I have to buy a new print 64D05899
( photo in additional).
Can you tell me the price of the new print?
Maybe I did something wrong?
Do you have an advice to solve my problem which would be very helpful.
