Title: Frozen DS02D15
Iupdated my DSO2D15 with the firmware dated 2021-04-20. This appeared to complete correctly, but now it fails to boot, stuck on the Hantek boot screen.
How do I reset the device or force a reload of the firmware?

I have managed to get it starting up again after reading how to on eevblog.
The has resulted in the scope now showing "undefined" in the system info and the calibrate failing with an error message.

A simple method to solve it without requiring firmware reinstallation is to make a factory reset, sending the command through SCPI.
Install SCPI (Available at Hantek download page), there's a guide here
Connect the scope to the computer
Open SCPI console and write "PRIVate:FACTORY:RESET"(Keep uppercase/lowercase as that)
That way the Serial number, Model, etc, will be kept. Also avoids the USB problem after reinstalling the firmware with platform-tools.
