In my DSO5102P Digital Storage Oscilloscope the vertical signal expands outside the display and VOLTS/DIV knob is effectless. May be next day everything is ok, until it happens again...
The self calibration gives “Self calibration failed, error 0x602”. What is wrong with this machine?
Can you, please, help me!

Please do not input any signal and check whether there is any offset in all volt/div of the two channels.
And upload some pictures to study.
And give me a picture of the system information.
