week a go i update my windows 7 after that when i connect the hantek 6082be to the usb
windows says unknown device i try other pc with widows xp the driver was already installed
and i was run the hantek 6082be also windows says unknown device
maybe its firmware how i can get

Please connect the scope to your computer and right click the unknown device in device manager, select Properties.

And give me a screenshot of the Hardware ID as the following picture.
