Title: Part number of OPAMP usd in Hantek IDS01070A

Customer Consultation

One Channel of my Hantek IDS01070A S/N 612001429 has a defective OPAMP.
I cannot find the part number to replace the OPAMP.  Could you please tell me the manufacturer part number so I can replace the OPAMP?  Hope to hear from you soon.

Dear Sir, Ma'am,

Here are the pictures of the Hantek IDSO1070A screen capture, Waveform using an oscilloscope and another picture where the signal has been probed.
Hope to hear from you soon.  Thank you very much for replying.  I really need to repair my DSO.

Sorry, I don't understand what you mean.
What's wrong with your oscilloscope? Cause you to suspect OPAMP's problem.
Where does the square signal in the picture come from?
Please use the oscilloscope to test the built-in square wave of the oscilloscope and upload the picture to study.

Dear Sir, Ma'am,

The source of the square wave is from the built in square wave of the scope for the probe compensation.  Both channels are connected to the built in square wave source.
Attached is a screen capture of the IDSO1070A.

Please set the probe attenuation coefficient of the software and the probes to ×1, and take a picture to study.

Dear Sir, Ma'am,

Attached is the screen capture of the IDSO1070A.  The probes and software are set to X1 and to be sure, I tried swapping the probes of the two channels and the result is the same.

Do you have a signal generator?
Please input 1KH/1Vpp square wave to CH1 and CH2 at the same time, and set two channel to 100mV/div.
And upload a picture to study.

Dear Ma,am Sir,
I checked the OPAMP and it is OK, and I also checked the HEF4052 and it is not the cause of the Spike.  I discovered the 900K resistor on the defective channel has changed its value, I replaced it  and it is OK now.  However, the gain is LOW. I checked that the Relay of the GOOD channel has pins 3 and 4 is not closed while the relay of the defective channel has pins 3 and 4 closed.  In the relay of the good channel, pins 2 and 3 are closed while the Pins 2 and 3 of the relay of the defective channel are not closed.  The relays I am referring to are the ones connected to the Input or the BNC.  I do not know what happened but I think the Normally open and Normally closed contacts are different for both relays.  The part number of the Relays are PL-4.5 but I cannot find the datasheet.

Can you please tell me the manufacturer part number of the relay with pins 2 and 3 are closed when not energized so I can buy one and replace the relay of my defective IDSO1070A?  Thank you for your attention.

Dear Sir, Ma'am,

After fixing the signal relay the scope is working again.  However, sometimes maybe due to my computer setup, a blue screen of death sometimes happens to my PC.  I solved the problem by plugging the DSO1070A into a USB 3.0 port.  I also downloaded the latest Virtual COM port Driver from ST Microelectronics.  Here is the link for faster Download:

Hello, is there a software update for the IDSO1070 that facilitates the use of the cc65 clamp?

Author: amy    Time: 2021-2-22 16:35
Sorry, there is no.
CC65 has two gears: 1:10 and 1:100, you can use ×10 or ×100 probe coefficient to test.
When calculating, we only need to replace V with A.
