Hi there,
We have an old DSO-5200A in the lab that I wanted to use, and after a lot of work I have figured out how to install drivers both on Windows XP and on Windows 10 (had to allow it to install unsigned drivers, and found the drivers on this forum). The driver install works fine, the device is recognized in device manager and everything looks normal.
However, the application says it cannot find the device. I have it plugged into the USB ports, and the device is blinking red.
Grateful for any tips, getting it to work would help one of our projects a lot.
The unit serial number is 5101106.
