i had the same problem with the DPO6084B and with the brand new DPO6204B. Replacing the CR2032 battery on the motherboard solves the problem for 40 ~ 50 days after which the battery is already completely empty. There is no point in changing the battery because it is a factory flaw in the design because the batteries do not last long. Hi wangshuang, is this a known issue that is known to be fixed by removing that diode? Or it is just a "try and see what happens"? It's a brand new unit, I would like to be sure before messing up with the soldering iron. Any schematics available?
