Customer Consultation

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

I have used a HANTEK DSO3064A for years and purchased a new test-tip recently to test on 220 Grid Input. With that I had a male function and Capacitor on the BNC Input had a short to ground and also USB Output the inductor to ground was open.

Is it possible to get a schematic of the DSO3064 that I can do the repair. Or minimum some test points and schematic parts of Input and USB interface.

Please check whether the motherboard is burnt out. And upload a picture to study.

Please check the version number on the motherboard.
