Title: Problem with my Hantek2D42
Customer Consultation

About 1 and a half year ago, I bought my Hantek2D42 and it worked very nice until today.
I accidentally messured 500mA with the mA Channel (200mA Fused) and got a crack sound.
After that the the whole DMM does not Show any Values. The oszilloskop works quit fine.
I hope we can somehow fix the Problem.

Please check if there is any component burnt in the area marked 1 first. If so, please take a picture for me. If not, need to replace U4 in the area marked 2.
The model of U4 is CS7721. If you cannot find CS7721, you can use FS9721 instead.

If DMM doesn’t show any value, then U4 should also be broken.
