HI I have problem with my hantek i have installed everything i have worked for 30min then my software can't recognize the tool i have reinstall everything driver and software

i hear the sound when i connect the usb but make 3 sound ( connect , disconnect , connect ).

thx in advice i am waiting any help pls.

Please try the following。

1. Refer to the document to uninstall driver and reinstall.

2. Connect the red end of the USB cable to the 5V/2A power adapter as auxiliary power supply, now connect the scope to your computer to try.

If none of the above methods solve the problem, please connect the scope to your computer and right click the unknown device in device manager, select Properties. And upload a screenshot of the Hardware ID as the following picture to study.
