Title: 6022be horizontal scale
Hello,
I have the oscilloscope 6022be and have some problems with horizontal scale.
I see on the control panel I can install time/div up to 5000 sec but if I install even 1 sec/div I can not to see signal in the real time.
For example I need to check throttle position sensor on my car. The voltage's range of the sensor is 0,5 ... 4,5V.
I install horizontal scale as 1 sec/div and so I suppose I can see signal during about 10 sec. But in reality there is delay in the process of signal measuring and I can not analyze signal at all.
Question
Is it normal that horizontal scale does not work if to choose scale above than 50 msec/div?
How to solve such problem?

Thanks in advance,
Regards,
Dmitry

Please refer to the description of Time/Div, Sample rete and Buffer size for Hantek6022:

When time/div is 1s, the sample rate is 100K and the buffer size is 1M, So the 1M(100K x 10 grids x 1s) points are displayed on the screen completely.
When time/div is 2s, the sample rate is 100K and the buffer size is 1M, it needs 2M points (100K x 10 grids x 2s) on the whole screen. But buffer size is only 1M. So we only can see the left 5 DIV on screen.
Whentime/div is 10s, the sample rate is 100K and the buffer size is 1M, it needs10M points (100K x 10 grids x 10s) on the whole screen. But buffer size is only1M. So we only can see the left 1 DIV on screen.

Thank you very much for your answer.
How to increase the buffer size?
For example I need to check impulses during 20 sec to compare first and last of those impulses.

Thanks in advance,
Regards,
Dmitry

Sorry, the max buffer size is 1M for the device. No method to increase it.

Is there someway to decrease the sample rate when time/div is greater than 1 sec/div so the whole screen is displayed? For example if the time/div is set to 10 sec and the sample rate is set to 10K then the whole screen could be displayed. Why is the sample rate fixed as 100K for time/div greater than 1 sec/div?
