Title: 2D42 not showing CH1 voltage range
Edited by nrbrt at 2020-8-12 21:55

I was running firmware 2019082801, fpga V04 and everything was fine:

Then I decided to update to the latest firmware and fpga version:

After the update CH1 does not show the voltage range anymore, but "0us". I can hear the relay clicking when I change the range
without being able to see the range on the display. The CH1 range then changes to "0ms". The voltage range changes the graph on the the screen, so it does work but I can't see
what the range actually is on the display!

CH2 works as expected and shows the range on the display as you can see. Can anyone please help? I tried to downgrade the firmare and fpga to the old
versions, but that did not work either.

Please help!

EDIT: I forgot to mention that at my first attempt to update the firmware, I used the automatic update function in the software. That loaded the firmware of a 2d82 on my device!
I updated the correct (latest) firmware manually and that brought things back to normal. Untill I noticed the problem I described above.

That was the solution. Thank you very much amy!
