OK so no thanks to this forum I have Fixed the issue ..
[b]For anyone else who might have this problem . The ADC 3870 16 pin chip needed re flowing .. I heated the area with a rework station until the solder went shiny (Melted) let it cool then ran the self calibration which it passed first time ..
so look for dry joints and por solder..
