Title: How to zoom at edge

I can zoom in but how do you scroll? For instance if there is something of interest at the center of the screen and at the left edge, zooming will let me look at the signal in the middle. However the part of the signal at the left edge goes off the screen, and that's what I want to look at. How do I reposition the screen to see the part of the signal that was on the left edge before the zoom? I need to zoom in on what was on the left edge.
