The Oscilloscope function works well on the Hantek2D72 device (SOFT: 2019110801, FPGA: V04)

, but when using the Hantek-2000 V1.10 Software on a Windows PC connected via USB (having the device drivers installed) the scan on Both screens (Device screen and PC screen) are paused constantly, making measurement poor

NOTE: This occurs only when I connect the Hantek2D72 Device with the Hantek-2000 Software V1.10 via USB. The problem disappears if I don't connect it to the PC.

Is there any solution to this problem?

Is it something normal? Which would be unfortunate since the Software is not good.

Yes, unfortunately this is the normal behaviour of the software. It's pretty much useless, full of bugs and apparently hantek has no interest in fixing it nor release information (like the communication protocol) that could help others try to develop an opensource alternative.

When came to software development and support, hantek leaves a lot to be desired. They standard is: if it already barely shows a line on the screen, consider it done and move on to release the next new half-finished product.

It's a shame, the hardware at least had a lot of potencial...
