Hello.
My oscilloscope is still in the workshop. As I understand it, it turns on but does not load. Reboot - recovery. And so the link that you gave will not help. It cannot be updated now.
The repairman told me that maybe the firmware of the 4L64I chip can help. This is eeprom.
I cannot send it for repair to you.
