Title: Hantek 1008C
Hello. I'm having trouble with my Hantek 1008C. I instal the software it's ok and runs in English. But when I try to connect it to USB it does not show up. And yes I have tried a different cable. It seems that it does not get the drivers on windows 10. I force instaled them and then the PC crashes to the BLUE screen and restarts. Tried SAFE MODE Instal and then it goes in a BLUE screen loop until it gets on recovery mode. And yes the Driver signature enforcement is disabled and the safe boot is disabled in bios. WHAT TO DO !!!!!

I'm currently running a WIN 10 PRO. The scope worked before I updated to WIN 10 pro. Can Win cause this issue ???

When does the blue screen appear? As long as the oscilloscope is connected to the computer, will the computer be blue screen? Or after run the software?

Yet another 1008C connective problem... This is very common and I already contacted Hantek many times about this problem and after several tests I did I am almost sure it is a USB driver issue.

In another thread I explained step by step a procedure to remove and reinstall the drivers that I normally do and that works most of the time for me: https://www.eediscuss.com/forum. ... 2&fromuid=26055

I had one 1008C that would cause blue screen instantaneously on windows 10, following the steps above (make sure to remove all drivers from the system first and then manually install the latest Win 10 driver) I manage to partially fix it. If after that your scope keeps loosing connection with the pc, try to use a different USB port and finally test a different USB cable.

The win goes in blue screen after I have force instaled the USB drivers on safe mode. On normal mode, it does not want to even recognise the driver when I try to instal it goes to blue screen.
