Title: Hantek 6022BE issue
Hello every one,
I have installed The website's final driver for Hantek 6022BE and install correctly that report correct installing in my Control Panel.
But still when I run the program, at the left-bottom message me: Searching Device...
My Windows is 10 and My driver version is 1.3

How can I resolve this problem?

does your device manager have a  yellow "!"?If there is,you didn't install successfully.Try to refer the driver operation file to uninstall and reinstall.

Hi,
I am seeing the same problem with my new 6022BE. However, I do not have an exclamation next to my driver, it says its working correctly. I installed the drivers from the included CD, and also the one off the Hantek website, but same result. i.e. the software just shows "Searching device..." I also have a flashing red light on the unit, next to the CH1 input.

I am running Windows 10 pro version 1903 OS Build 18362.356

Please advise.

Thanks

Please download the driver from the linK: https://www.eediscuss.com/forum. ... 12&highlight=16
Then click right mouse "My Computer->Device Manager" to update the driver.

Hi,

Thanks for the quick response. Unfortunately, I still have the same issue. I tried to clean up all the device drivers after Uninstalling from device manager, as follows: deleted all Windows\INF\oem*.* files, then Windows\System32\drivers\Hantek*.*, and also cleaned up the DriverStore folder, removing hantek drivers. When I plugged in the module, I was back at "Unknown device", then Updated Driver from the files copied from the URL you provided. Here is what Event Viewer shows:

But I still get the flashing red light, and "Searching device..." in the app.

I must be missing something :-(

Thanks,

Vic

Ah. Problem fixed! I was starting the scope app from the desktop link that was installed by the installer. This was not working. But then I used the windows start menu, and started "Hantek6022BE" from there, it work fine!
Then I reinstalled the app, now the desktop link works too. Great.

Thanks,

Vic

There is no official support from Hantek for this device in Linux but, you can try the OpenHantek software:

https://github.com/OpenHantek/OpenHantek6022

It is an open source alternative and seems to work better than the official as it's constantly updated

For Android, you can also try the HScope:

Hola a todos
Tengo el osciloscopio hantek 6022BE serial 681020857, tengo el siguiente problema: Coloco la sonda en la salida de calibración de 2V -1kHz
y obtengo el gráfico de la foto 1, pero cuando se mide con la sonda, una batería mide 4.86Vdc donde realmente es 9.65Vdc, tiene una variación de 4.49Vdc

?Cómo puedo ajustar el factor de voltaje?

Nota: El valor RMS medido con un multímetro en la salida de calibración es 0.969V

The max. measure voltage is -5V~+5V without any attenuation. Please use probe with 10:1 attenuation to measure 9.65Vdc.
