Support needed!

The Pass/Fail test on my DSO4202C shows a large amount  (more than. 90%) of the failed frames.



System Information:
Model: DSO4202C
SW Version3.50.0(190613.0)
HW Version: 1020xffffa001

I need solution for this issue.

I downloaded "dso4kc_func_hantek_dso_dso4202c_20191123.0.up" and performed firmware upgrade, but no improvements. The Pass/Fail Test delivers now 100% Fails. To me it seems like there is a strong internal amplitude modulation of input signal with a quite high frequency. This probably distorts input signal and causes amplitude instability. This is a hypothesis onlu, you will certainly know better what t is and how to resolve the problem. Looking forward to your quick reply.

Sorry to hear that. The Oscilloscope is new and with the valid guarantee.
What is your proposal? I expect that Hantek as a respectable company
that takes care of customers will replace this faulty unit.

Still waiting for the proposl from Hantek but no luck.
I am very disappointed with a such irresponsible attitude
of Hantek towards the customers who are, after buying
the Hantek product, left without support.

If you can not fix it, you can send back to the factory, but you need to bear the round-trip postage. So what is the serious fault? We can help you try to solve it.

Thanks. It seems that this is the hardware fault. Could you please provide me full factory address and instructions on how to send the oscilloscope for repair?
