No issues since then - except for the well-known software kinks - but self-calibration failed today.
Any idea, how to fix it ? Where can I measure with my other scope or a multimeter to clarify if it is a HW defect. Couls it be a corrupted configuration file instead ?

Please power on and wait for 30 minutes, and do self calibration again.
If the problem exists, the hardwre should be fault.
When you test the signal, are there any abnormalities?
