We use your DSO 3254A usb oscilloscope.
If we had more than 1 of your usb oscilloscopes connected to the one pc computer would we be able to see wavefoms captured by all oscilloscopes at the same time on the pc screen?
If yes, would it be visualised in one DSO3000A software window, in many separate DSO3000A software windows or some other way?

Yes. You can use more than 1 usb scopes connected to one computer and see waveforms captured by all scopes at the same time on the PC. And you need run several software windows for every scope.
