Title: Not starter
My 2D42 oscilloscope after I used it on the notebook usb it turns on but quickly erases the screen, his system does not start.  what could have happened?

Just out of curiosity, what where you measuring with the scope when it was connected to the USB?

Hard to say for sure. If you have the option, return it for the seller and get a new one in exchange. If that is not an option, then send an e-mail to Hantek's support and wait a few days for a response.

And finally I would open up the device and check the power supply rails, luckily it will be just a busted voltage regulator that can be easily replaced.
