hi I received mso5202d calibration while "Self calibration failed, error 10b00" error and I can not use the second channel.Firmware file can not find.Please help.

The hardware should be fault.
Would you like to deal with it yourself first?
If not, please contact your seller to return the mainboard to factory for repair.

I unpacked and calibrated without measuring.maybe if I install the software it will improve but I can't find the software.

This is not a firmware issue.
Upgrading can't solve the problem.

Please test these six points voltage.1 2.5V
2 -2.88V
3 1.8V (1 and 8 pins of U203)
4 +5V/-5V (6 and 7 pins of U203)

Please test these six points voltage.1 2.49V

3 1.pin=2.40 and 8.pin=2.41 of U203)

I think I found the fault.I removed D02_1  diode and voltage values returned to normal,ch2 line came back. But I did not have a full test because I do not have bav99 in my hand. I ordered the diode I will share the result with you

hi amy i changed d02_1 diod and everthing is ok. Ch_2 is working and self calibration ok.Thank you for help.
