Title: DSO5102P - Serious Firmware Crash

I bought the DSO5192P just a few weeks ago and encountered the following bug.

Software version:      3..40.0 (190125.0)
Hardware version:     1010xffff9108

How to reproduce the problem:
1. Feed a 10 Mhz / 5.0V sinewave signal to Channel 1

2. Set the timebase to display 2 or 3 periods of that signal

3. Press the "Single Seq" button. This will stop the waveform from updating.

4. Now turn the timbase control counterclockwise several steps to increase the time/div.

After a few steps, the screen will lock, then it goes black, then the unit will reboot into factory defaults with ALL settings gone - even the set color scheme reverts back to the default blue -.

This has to be addressed!

Can other DSO5102P-Users confirm this?
