My Oscilloscope DSO5102P
Can’t display the whole sinewave signal
It is a 311 volts to minus 311 Volts incoming signal, which go outside the display, because I can’t select more than 50 Volts in Channel 1 or Channel 2
If I go to Channel1 (or Channel2) vertical menu, I have the option to select the divider by 10, by 100, by 1000
But nothing changes at display
I hope I was clear enough to explain this

You should set the attenuation coefficient of the probe to ×10 at the same time.

Please, waiting for your answer.  I had set the attenuation switch of the probe,  I had also set the coefficient in the screen (x10, x100, etc)

I had uploaded two images.the first one displaying a sinewave with 311 volts peak-to-peak,  with vertical scale 20 V/div
the second one is the same, but scale 50 V/div
It is not working vertical scale 50V/div

The probe is 10X

Please disconnect any signal to the input connectors.
And press "Utility-self calibration" to do.

If the problem exists, please measure the square of the oscilloscope and upload the pictures to study.

After self-calibration,  I have the sinewave displayed at 50 V/div again

The sinewave is 311 Vpp.
As you can see at picture one, it is out of scale
After change to 500 V/div,  the picture is still out of scale
After change to 5KV/div,  the same

Probe is configurated at 10X

Let me know how to solve this

At last,  the calibration square wave 5V is O.K.

I guess you don't mean 311V peak to peak, but 311V peak (-> 622V peak to peak or 220V RMS)?
That's out of range on this device with a 10:1 probe.
You need to use/buy a probe with a 100:1 attenuation.
Just setting the "Probe" setting on the scope to 100x does not turn your 10:1 probe into a 100:1 probe.

Yes.   it is 220 V RMS or 622 Vpp

With this setting you must tell the scope which proble attenuation (1:1, 10:1,100:1,...) you are actually using, because the scope does not know anything about the connected probe or the switch position on the probe. Then the scope adjusts the displayed voltage scale accordingly. If your probe is set to 10x, then you need to set this setting to 10x as well, in order that the voltage scale displayed on the scope is correct.

This scope model is limited to a maximum of 5V/div natively (1:1), and therefore 50V/div with a 10:1 probe. With a 100:1 probe, up to 500V/div were possible (but I guess you don't have a 100:1 probe).
