Hello amy
new problem
hantek lights up red ,but not green light,when plugged into usb.
also no gui graph or oscilloscope displace on computer screen.
please advise
I do have driver2 installed,windows 10.

I think my 6022be is not communicating with the software on the computer.red light is flashing on the scope,but no grapgh display is on computer.
