With what application do I create arbitrary waveforms and how do they are loaded into the equipment?
Thanks

Good question.

First, you need install the software of Hantek2D42 on your computer.
Power on Hantek2D42 and connect it to your computer by the Type C and USB cabel.

Double click the Hantek2xx2 icon to run the software.
Click the DDS tag on the right side bar.
Click the On/Off option below the DDS tag to enable the waveform generator.

Then select the waveform type as Arb.

Set the Wave Parameters:
a. Frequency: Set the output wave frequency.
b. Amplitude: Set the output wave amplitude.

Use the mouse to draw the waveform on the oscilloscope display window on your computer, and then the arbitrary waveform you drawn display on Hantek2D42 device the same time.

You can download four different waveform to Arb1, Arb2, Arb3, Arb4.

Connect the cable from the output BNC of the waveform generator to a input BNC of the oscilloscope and select the arbitrary waveform you created as the output waveform type, and the device will output it.

Thanks for the previous answer on how to generate an arbitrary waveform. Is there any way that, instead of hand-drawing the waveform, you can load a cvs file generated, for example, from Excel?

Input and Output Connections
On the top of the test device has two BNC jack signal inputs for oscilloscope, and one BNC jack signal output for waveform generator.
Look at the bottom on the front panel of the test device. There are four safety banana jack inputs for multimeter. See Figure 9.

Displaying an Unknown Signal with Auto
The Auto function lets the test device display complex, unknown signals automaitically. This function optimizes the position, range, time base, and triggering and assures a stable display of virtually any waveform. If the signal changes, the setup is automatically adjusted to maintain the best display result. This feature is especially useful for quickly checking several signals.
Perform an Auto Set. AUTO appears at the top left of the screen.
The bottom line shows the range, the time base, and the rigger information.
