I'm running the latest firmware available from the website 3.2.35(160328.0) with HW 1080x900304.
I've tried contacting tech support via email twice and received no response, any help would be appreciated.

Sir, please power on the oscilloscope and wait for 30 minutes until it has adequately warmed up. Now push the UTILITY button, select the Self Cal option to do self calibration again.

I tried calibrating several times after 30-60 minutes warm up and it still consistently fails with the same error. It did successfully pass self calibration prior to the latest firmware update and I've reinstalled it twice from separate downloads using separate usb drives as well. Also, what is the replacement part for the component U1 on the 18650 battery box circuit? I keep getting intermittent battery faults and the output of this chip seems to be faulty
