I have installed the 6022BE software on 2 computers, one with XP and one with windows 10, in both cases the hardware installation wizard loaded only Driver2 and never came back to load Driver1. The unit appears to work but I have not checked everything. Will the absence of Driver1 cause a problem?
Amy,
Attached are 3 photo's.
Pic1 shows the probe compensator signal and at the bottom shows the frequency readout which is something like 1.8 khz instead of the 1.0 khz.
Pic 2 shows the 60 hz signal and at the bottom shows the frequency as 106 hz
Pic 3 shows the output of device manager showing only Driver2
I suspect that possibly Driver1 is installed but for some reason does not show up as active. If I uninstall driver through Device manager it will remove only Driver2 and when trying to install update only ask for Driver2 cause possibly Driver1 is already there.
Your help with understanding would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Sir, please register a username and login to download the Hantek6022 Driver on this link: http://hantek.com/en/ProductDetail_2_31.html.
And open computer management and right click the device to uninstall the deiver and update again manually.
Amy,
i meant to also add that on a computer which I can confirm that Driver1 and Driver2 were installed, only shows Driver2 in the Device manager even though both probes are hooked up and operating.
Corrected the usb speed and it now reads the frequency correctly. Is there any way to get the low voltage high frequency noise off the wave form? Thanks for the help.
