Our Hantek 6254bd stopped responding. The led is flushing as it is working, but the scope application does not start. It looks like it is waiting for a response from hantek and the window pops up only when we remove the usb cable from the pc (when we disconnect hantek)
Is there any solution/suggestion?
We have tried using other usb cables, other PCs, uninstall-install with no lack.
Please try to clean folder C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\Hantek6000 and restart app (username replace with your current user name). This will bring soft to iit's default settings.
It didn't work. We have already tried to a brand new pc from scratch but it does not respond.
It there any other utility to test its funcionality? Maybe it is a hardware error
