Because the device has saved the last settings, some products cannot be started after upgrading. So ...
You don't provide a changelog and say the feature (the last setting won't be saved) "will not be opened until the firmware is nearly perfect". Wonderful! But the opinion of the buyer and your views on the perfect firmware may not coincide and the testing process can continue indefinitely. Therefore, users want to know what changes you propose to make for a" near-perfect " firmware and determine a more specific deadline for implementation.
So many bugs... It's no more looks funny...
Shame on you!
When we will see one stable version of the firmware, that will able to use this device?
Open the source code for the people, it will be great for your business! We will make good firmware, device will be more useful, and many people will buy it!

so maybe better idea is to rewrite user settings to default just once while upgrading the firmware? because setting it every time after turning on is quite annoying
Wow!
Seems this firmware, HantekHTX2019110801, looks like most bugless and stable for the last few month.
Thank you for this!
Amy, please tell me, what about make menu hide on pressing "Enter" or "Menu" second time?
Change button Left<->Right in Channel Mode (voltage/division)?
Change button Up<->Down in Time Mode (seconds/division)?
Is it so hard to make this changes?
Please! Do it!
I hope they can now focus on adding the very much needed features like the menu hide and more automatic measurements options. Oh and fix the pc software as well...
