Hello, I measured the voltage at the output of the power supply when it is connected to the circuit Board of the oscilloscope and when it is disconnected from the circuit Board of the oscilloscope. in both cases, the output voltage changes abruptly from 0 to the required voltage, and again decrease to 0 and the process is repeated. Unfortunately now I can not capture video. When replacing the PWM chip, the power supply can make, but cannot work for a long time 30-40 minutes, and again the voltage starts to change from 0 to the required value and then disappears.
