And here's another system crashing bug:
Software version: 3.40.0 (190125.0)
Hardware version: 1010xffff9108
I wondered how the everywhere acclaimed "Bode Assistant" works. Unfortunately Google didn't come up with any useful inormation. Make no doubt: I know what Bode Plots are and can display them on an a bit tricky way with my FeelTech FY6800 DDS Generator. So I was curious to see whether Hantek's "Bode Assiant" (yes, really spelled that way in the Firmware!) could be an easier way to do that. So...
How to reproduce the problem:
1. Apply a sine signal sweeped with 30Hz in a range of 1MHz to 15Mhz.
2. Apply a ramp signal of 30Hz with 5V p-p, offset 2.5V (as the FY6800's VCO can only work with 0-5V).
3. Press the button "Auto Set".
4. Go to the "Bode Assistant" option by pressing "Utility" - "Page 2" - "Page 3" - "Option..." - "Bode Assiant".
5. Press "F1" to select the option "Open".
Now the System crashes as the screen freezes for two seconds, then it reboots into completely factory defaults. Even the color scheme and all, settinngs are gone.
My goodness!!
Can anyone confirme this problem? Does anyone have information on how this "Bode Assistant" is supposed to work??
Thank you!
