Try to connect the cable to the correct USB port on the charged batteries and the device off and press F1 without releasing the power button. If it does not work-try to turn the type-C and connect to another computer socket, may not have enough power due to poor contact in the socket

It was our fault. Label model and internal model are inconsistent.

I had failed the DFU update, so device is bricked, any way to get the calibration params from it? Btw, don't you have any manual to update firmware if any?
Recovered device and found it measures nothing, so checked FPGA version, it was 255. Made an FPGA programming and finally recieved version number 002 and working oscilloscope
