HANTEK DSO4254C Self Calibration fail
Customer Consultation:Dear service technicians,
I have owned a HANTEK DSO4254C for two years.
So far I am very satisfied with the Osciloscope. The Oscilloscope has always done a good job; but unfortunately, recently an error presented itself.
The basic setting via Utility at the "Self Calibration" does not work.
I have downloaded your DSO4004C firmware from the Internet; but unfortunately my PC does not recognize the DSO4254C as a device.
Can you please give me some advice on how to get the oscilloscope working again?
