Defective Hantek 2C42

Dear friends, good afternoon.
I bought an oscilloscope from your brand HANTEK 2C42 through Alliexpres and after a few months it stopped working properly.
This equipment DOES NOT show the green line of the oscilloscope cursor on the display anymore, and the multimeter function is working normally.
I tried to update it, but when I PRESS the power button plus the F1 button, nothing happens and the equipment DOESN'T TURN ON AGAIN.
So I ask for help to solve the problem of my equipment.
Attached are photos with serial number and a photo of the frozen screen when I perform the CALIBRATION routine.

Please remove the batteries and install again. The device can start normally.
For the problem that there is no line in the oscilloscope, please test the voltage at the marked points.
