DSO5102P don't boot. Boot menu without function

I have the following problem: My oscilloscope DSO5102P does not boot. It sticks.
After switching on and off the option F1 F2 F3 comes up but I can't press any of these keys. Nothing happens.
If I turn the device on and off several times, it eventually boots up and works normally.
But that rarely happens. My serial number is T1G/138026037
I hope you can help me.
I have uploaded the latest firmware. But the error persists.

hello,
I have a problem with DSO5102P.

It won't boot and the screen only shows the Hantek logo.
Then power off and power on again, you will see the menu list.
- F1 Reboot
- Restore factory defaults with F2
- F3 Update Recovery Partition

I've tried F1, F2, F3, but it doesn't boot properly.

The serial number is:
T 1G/138 023928
is.

Thank you.

I tried all the options F1, F2, F3, but I can't restore the boot.

Hello!
I have a similar problem with DSO5102P serial T1G/138 020233.
It won’t boot.
Sometimes it displays a boot menu with F1, F2, F3.
Sometimes just a Hantek picture with a QR code.
It is possible to connect via UART to receive log.
Can you help me?
With best regards, Borjomi
