IDSO1070A USB connection failure
I have a old surface pro 1, original brick type. Processor i5, 4GB ram, 64 bit operating system and processor, windows 10 fully up to date with latest software. The PC does not recognise the new hardware, not in device manager. Your advice would be appreciated, thank you in advance. Jay.
