It doesn't show any lines because you have to do a calibration without signal, you're a donkey, the new firmware brings new functions to add or remove in the measurement box.

On Hantek Scope (version 1.1.14) could no longer find the check for updates option (no longer listed).  Was this removed with 1.1.14 for some reason?
Anyway thanks to the info on Page 1 I have just updated my 2C42 to the latest version (2021090901) and it seems to be working fine.

Test the voltage at these points after the oscilloscope is turned on.

After waiting for a very long long time for my order from Aliexpress to arrived(Ordered = January 6, Received = April 16) I've finally fixed my poor oscilloscope by replacing the chip with a code"LTRA".
TP Voltages
1. +5V = +4.9V
2. -5V = -3.7V
3. +3.3V = +2.9V

Thank you so much sir for providing me the TP voltage, I've managed to find the faulty components. I hope it will last long this time because it's not easy to buy a replacement chip here in my place.

I'm trying to flash my 2D42 with the latest firmware, currently running 2020011801. I am having troubles with the AWG not working, but it will when commanded by the PC running Hantek2xx2.

I have installed DFuse program but it won't recognise the 2d42. I have used device manager to try to update the driver, but windows 10 insists that the best driver is already installed, STM32 Bootloader.

Both the power and play button lights are flashing so I think I am in programming mode OK.

Can someone offer any assistance with this ??

Ok, I think I've resolved the issue. The computer I'm using has a lot of STM32 Programs, and presumably some are more recent than the dfuse version. So windows 10 installs thesse on first plug in then refuses to use the correct drivers.

My solution is to use a laptop which has no other stm installs, and after that it worked as advertised.

In the hope this may assist someone else

Hi, i have update my Hantek 2D82 with firware 2021090901.dfu with sucess but when i enter in Sys info on my 2D82 i see still old version CAR2021081801.

I updated Hantek 2D72 with 2021090901.dfu. After that, the Scope showed crazy results in terms of generator output. For example, the sine wave was displayed incorrectly at 1 volt. After calibration everything seems to work again. It's nice that the menu is hidden earlier. The measurements are great too. Unfortunately, the measured values have to be re-entered every time you restart.
