Hantek 2072 firmware upgrade fail

Hello,

I need help fixing my oscilloscope. When I tried to upgrade the firmware using the DfuSe Demo tool, it failed. Now the play light is solid red. And it does not turn on.

When connected to PC it shows as "Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)"

How can I fix this?
