Processing of 4004BC Series Oscilloscope Displaying Only Start-up Picture

When start the 4004BC Series Oscilloscope, it only displays Start-up Picture as the follow picture, can't enter scope interface, please operate as follow steps.

1. Refer to the video "4000BC recover" to operate.

2. If can enter the recovery interface, please press F2 to recover the system and press F1 to confirm.

3. If prompted for recovery failed, copy the recover_burn_dso4kb_191030.up file to your USB stick (FAT32 format, less than or equal to 16G) and insert it into your scope.
Refer to the video "4000BC recover" to enter the recovery interface again. Now press F3 to update.
After update, the oscilloscope should restart automatically.If the oscilloscope is still unable to start properl, enter the recovery interface again, and press F2 to recover the system.

If the problem has been solved after the above treatment, please download the latest firmware to update on the official website.

I am with the same problem with my DSO4102C.
It's new, barely used, and crashes on startup.
Can you help me to resolve?
Can you send me the files and instructions to recover?
I really need the device and I trust its quality.
That's why I ask for your help.

Hello i have tried this but the situation has worsened up.

Firstly i tried to restart but nothing happened after that i tried to the recover the system by pressing F2 but this didnt work as well. In the last i tried downloaded the up file and updated the recovery file via a USB. it did perform the uploading but now when i switch on the oscilloscope it is not entering the recovery interface.

Kindly guide me what should i do

I have same problem like usamaaslam.
After using usb stick and F3 update i cannot pass QR code screen

i did successfully enter again to recovery menu(just press `power on` button faster than on video) and recover my scope by F2.

Referring to video operation, can the oscilloscope still fail to enter the recovery interface?

What steps have you taken, and then can't continue?

I have followed all the steps that were given in the video.

Thanks to murkasp i was again able to enter the recovery setup but when i pressed F2 again the message was operation failed. I have tried uplaoding the patch few times and then recover the system but i get the same result everytime.

My oscilloscope is DSO4254C. Will the .up patch work for this oscilloscope or if not can you guide me to some other place where i can find the patch for DSO4254C
