Hello. I purchased through Aliexpress Hantek DSO4102C oscilloscope.I have updated the firmware and software from your site, but with Windows 10 64 bit, the PC software does not work.how can I solve this problem?is this oscilloscope compatible with Windows 10?Thanks, greetings from Italy.

Please download the latest driver from the website: http://www.hantek.com/en/ProductDetail_3_4163.html

Then click right mouse "My Computer->Device Manager" to update it.

Hi no! to your questions, the pc does not recognize the oscilloscope as an unknown device, therefore I can not install the drivers, I changed the usb cable and also another PC, the result is the same.

When you connect the scope to your computer, is there any new device in the device manager?

Hello,  I have just purchased the DSO4102c and I am having the same trouble as above.  I have tried re-installing drivers, software and certificates but TTScope cannot see the oscilloscope.  I have Windows 10 Pro Version 1909.  Can you please help?
