Auto-Set Button not working 1008C

Hi Team ,
Can you please help or explain me why /how to use the autoset button as you will see the device is connected and I can do measurments
but the autoset button is greyed out(inactive)
SW Vesrion 1.0.12
How to autoset the scope ?

Sir, the autoset function is not available。
You need to set the software manually.

I am getting more and more disappointed in your products each and every product has limitations !!

you are the only scope manufacturer that does not have an autoset function,your logic analyzers have no Protocol analyzers ,your SW for scope can not add user defined probes
Horrible Products not worth the money paid for them .your scope and logic analyzer SW is 10 years behind the other manufacturers.

Sir, only this product does not have AUTOSET function, because he is the 8 channel, AUTOSET will be very slow.
