Of course, you can send it to us for repair.
But the freight from China to you will be more expensive.

I AM HAVING THE SAME PROBLEMS WITH MY 8202E. I THOUUGHT A FIRMWARE UPDATE WOULD FIX THE ISSUES, BUT LIKE YOU MY DSO SAYS THAT THE INSTALLED FIRMWARE IS MORE CURRENT THAN THAT FILE WHICH WAS DOWNLOADED. THE WEBSITE GIVES YOU FIRMWARE FILE 20160612 WHEN YOU DO THE DOWNLOAD. AS THE DSO READS THE FILE DATE AND PERFORMS A DATE VALIDATION ... SEEMS WEIRD / STRANGE THAT IT WOULD THINK ITS FIRMWARE IS MORE CURRENT THAN THE ONE FROM THE WEBSITE. THINK THAT THE OEM NEEDS TO RE-VERIFIY WEBSITE VERSION, BECAUSE HOW CAN DSO HAVE A MORE CURRENT VERSION?
