DSO5102P LCD problem

Hello!I have a problem with scope DSO5102.
Sometimes, the picture on LCD have artefacts and becomes mirrored!
How can I fix this problem?


The problem was detected on the first day after the oscilloscope was received.

Sir, the LCD is fault.
Please contact your seller to get a new LCD or purchase a new one to replace.
The model of the LCD is AT070TN92.

LCD model in my scope is YT07057100A5. It connected using LCD adapter.


I have cleaned and reconnected all LCD ribbon cables and it helped for about 3 weeks.
But then the problem appeared again.
One of the edges of the plastic front panel bends the display matrix cable at an acute angle and presses it to the metal LCD frame.
I think, that it can damage LCD matrix cable during transporting.
I will send photos.

I contacted the seller and they will send me a new LCD.
But because of my curiosity i have found the problem.
When i touch the LCD matrix flex cable, the picture changes.
The signal "Left / Right selection" (Pin 39) is periodically lost.
