Sir, about the trigger, it is not a bug.
I think there is a short pulse in your signal.
This pulse signal has been detected when triggered. You can view the "Trig'D" on the top left corner of the software. It explains the success of the trigger. And the frequency of triggering is very high.
But the sampling is very low when the tiembase is 20ms. The short pulse has not been collected.
Example, this is the signal I draw in the following picture. There are four short pulses.
Use the DSO6000, edge and auto trigger in the following video. Each trigger was successful. But not every pulse is collected.
In addition, You can use the peak detect to acquire the short pulse.
If you don't want to colloect the short pulse and only want to trigger your main waveform, you can set the trigger mode to pulse and the trigger sweep to normal, and set the pulse width.
