I have posted 2 time before about my New Hantek 6074BE scope ...?

i dont see much support for 6074BE model and nobody helps me...

it has unstable triggring for even clean signals ..? and Channels show random noise..?  i am suspecious that my unit might be a Clone...

Hi i am  iATN forum member... (World Largest Automotive repair forum)...i have chosen 6074BE model for car repairs...also to introduce the affordable 6074BE to iATN members   ...but 6074BE disappointed me..

Major problems are
1) Unstable trigger....?????????
2)Random Noise in some channels 60mV to 314mV..?(this could be internal A/D noise having a relay switch instead of digital switch is  also bad)
3) Too many software Bugs..

iIt was simple injector waveform engine was at idle 750RPM

Sir, please chenge the trigger sweep to normal to test and give me a video to study.
About the noise, in your trigger video I don't see the noise. Are you sure not any of the signals connect to CH1?

First of all, for triggering problems, please change the trigger mode to normal, and then send us video to study.

About the measurement of the current in your video, CH2 has measured the current value of 50.2A in the following picture.
The value become 3.14A later. The signal has been lost.
   

The DC gain accuracy is 3%*full range. You set the volt/div to 100A. The deviation is correct between ±24V.
Even if you don't input the signal, there may be the deviation.

Your signal is intermittent. The measurement results are updated in real time
And when you change the vertical scale, the waveform can't be display fully.
In the following picture, the vertical scale is 200mA, the full range is only 1.6A. The maximum current of CH2 signal is 1.47A. It is correct.

Hi Amy..Those are called software & hardware Bugs.... please fix them...

What to do for 312mA Deviation error it is a big problem with amp clamp..

Also trigger is very unstable need a better software routines

Other thing is how can i select record length greater than 4K...?

Sir, you didn't give me the video I wanted about the trigger. I can't help you.

About the deviation error, Would you please confirm the oscilloscope or the current clamp?

The software freeze: I don't know how you operate it, and then it crashes.
I don't just need results. I also need how to crash.

Please refer to the picture to change the length.
